The fact that it is my opinion is subjective not objective. I gave a subjective analysis of Ross' ability and once again say he won't start a game for LSU in his career.
1) I didn't criticize his offers being less than 125. Where in the world you got that I guess you just made it up. What I said was his offers were poor. He basically has no impressive offers other than LSU....period! Your projection of his growth of offers is subjective opinion on your part...no proof whatsoever.
2) Recruiting services hit on a lot more than they miss on. I assume you have seen the 5* and 4* numbers eventually getting to the NFL. As my userid implies, that is not the be all and end all but I never said the services were idiots.
3) Dave Campbell's site has a pretty good track record
4) No one has supplied cherry-picked HS coaches opinions but I'm sure they are coming. Those opinions need to be shared with major colleges who are ignoring the guy
Once again, I am projecting my opinion on Charles Ross. I have stated from day 1 that he is worth a scholarship but some posters have him in the top 50 in his class. Thus, what is the difference between me projecting my opinion and they projecting theirs?
You made a statement that he is "trending upwards by all accounts". Exactly what accounts are those?
BTW, I said I would end my posting on this thread. Then the original poster included my name in the title and others started posting directly towards me. Want to end the dead horse beating. Simple suggestion: we call all stop posting on this thread. Otherwise, it is hypocritical to say it is me continuing this deal.
