You hijacked the thread, I thought it was only right to give you a shoutout in the OP.

1. Bryce Underwood is the undisputed #1 player in the nation for the 2025 class, yet he doesn't have an offer from all 125+ D1 programs. Are they wrong about him being worth a scholarship offer and would any of those programs turn him down if he wanted to commit? I'll answer for you, no.
2. Were all the recruiting services correct when they had guys like Tate Martell, Korey Foreman, Tommy Brockermeyer, Brock Vandagriff, Arch Manning, Malachi Nelson, and dozens of others as "generational" or top 10-20 prospects who didn't pan out to be anywhere close to that? I'll answer for you, no.
3. Does Dave Campbell have the same size staff as On3, 247, Rivals, and ESPN and spend as much time watching these prospects in person at camps and in games, breaking down film, etc? I'll answer for you, no. He may be right on some and wrong on others but to pretend he is the ultimate say on TX HS football is cherry picking to the highest degree.
4. His highlights show explosiveness and that is backed up by verified 10.48 100m time at 6'2 200 pounds. Caden Durham ran a similar time at a similar weight and he's considered a HR-hitting RB and a top prospect in the nation. Is it a guarantee that he will be a multi-year starter because he is fast? Again...no.

But as everyone has pointed out, he comes from an elite HS program, he starts and plays all over the field, including blitzing and dropping into coverage on slot WRs which shows his versatility, and he has great size and blazing track times for that size. That's a great foundation to build upon. He may be Patrick Queen, he may be a guy like Josh White with good athleticism but just couldn't quite put it together. We won't know, but acting like you do at this point because of his offer list and highlights is pretty crazy.

Bottom line: you might be right, you might be wrong, but one thing is for sure...you should post less.

Nooooo, I didn't hijack the thread. I am discussing the player Ross who committed and you simply don't like my opinion. That is not hijacking the thread, that is you being narrow-minded.
1) Your Underwood comment is mind-blowing! Of course he doesn't have an offer from everyone. Pretty sure La Tech would be wasting their time. You must not follow recruiting at all to try to make that a topic.
2) Of course the recruiting services miss a lot...in both directions. That is one reason I do my own viewing of highlights and check offers. But for every one they miss on, they hit about 5 to 10 right.
3) Dave Campbell, who is deceased BTW, obviously had more than a staff of one. And they don't have to have the staff of On3, 247, etc. Why? Because they only cover 1 state...Texas.
4) His highlights do not show explosiveness and there is a difference between speed and quickness which you don't seem to distinguish. BTW, odd that most of his times are 10.6+. I still ask the question if that 10.48 was wind aided

Funny, how you act like I'm jumping the gun on evaluating him at the same time you say he MIGHT be a Patrick Queen, etc.....ooooooorrrrrr he might not be which is my opinion based on viewing his highlights, his poor offers, and his recruiting ranking by services and Dave Campbell site

As far as me posting less, that isn't your call to make is it? If you don't care for my posts, I suggest you skip them. No one forced you to post a marathon post just now. Thanks for your concern on the worth of my posts. I will decline your suggestion.
