I just assumed 20 lbs of weight. I said he has the perfect foundation for a top LB. He objectively has the right size and athleticism for this foundation. His offer list will explode.

Your opinion is fine. I'm just saying I'm allowed mine also. I can't speak to his weight gain or loss but I have seen nothing in his highlights or his evaluations by objective sources (services, other schools, or me for that matter) to suggest your projection of him in ability or his offer list.
