Guy, you don't understand the term "explosive". 40 times are much more relevant to a LBer being explosive than 100 meter times. As another poster said, his highlights don't jump out at you....bbbeeccccaaauuusssseee, he isn't explosive. Looks like a decent college prospect but being the #5 LBer in Texas, the #40 player in Texas, and with weak offers proves my point.

Because all you idiots have the Harold Perkins rushing the passer syndrome. You think there is no impact being made unless they are coming down hill.

Watch his highlights again. His first 10 or so highlights, he either gets his hands on the ball (INT, or batted pass), or he is turning around running in coverage.

The best LB's in modern football are able to play outside the hash. West Weeks and Tyler Grubbs definitely aren't doing that . Whit Weeks, while instinctual, was lost outside the hash marks as a Fresh (hint, he can't run like this guy and isn't strong enough to shed blockers, either).

That skillset is way more valuable then being the best athlete on the field and just running after the QB like Cobbins, for instance. Or Harold Perkins as a freshman.

The best is yet to come for Ross. You recruit traits. The Jr film just so happens to be good, too. You just don't know what you are watching
