Water softener
I agree with the previous poster who said reviews of water filters are typically biased by the company doing the video and I’m sure Risinger may be as well. However, he says this is the one he installed in his house. Claims that it softens hard water without salt and draining. I’ve been looking at it for my well. Ridiculous price but if it works it may be worth it. I am considering so that I can avoid emptying the salt water into my yard.
On my well house, I just put a ridge cap vent. I over insulated it, and haven’t had any isssues. It’s near my house, so I recently installed a small AC unit in a window. I used the building to mount starlink so I did t have to mount it to house and wanted to use the building to house the router and switches, ect. Maybe more than what you desire, but over building a well house isn’t a bad idea because it can have future utility for other things.
