I pass the one on Airline every day and knew they remodeled/rebranded it but didn't realize it was actually "Texas Chicken" now.

That place never had anybody there and they remodeled so I figured they might get some business, but a month later the new Southern Classic got built a block away. That location is bound to go out of business pretty soon.

It's probably been 10 years since I've had Church's. Last time I went there the leg I got was 4x times the size of a normal chicken leg. Never went back.

theres one on n acadian right by the chicken shack, and then one on gov't right near a popeyes. they must be surviving off of runoff

More like 20 for me.

I said they built it, but ours was a remodel of an old Church's also. It looks like this...

This is what I like about Church's. At Popeyes it seems that you get pigeon size pieces and at Church's you get turkey size pieces. Why would you not like the big pieces?
