Thank ya'll. Will continue to monitor thread for additional ideas/pointers. We went ahead and added a third night to Moab. We will see Arches National Park one day and Canyon Lands the next. Then we are going to stay one night at Broken Spur Inn (in Torrey) after visiting Goblin Valley. The next day we will travel travel Hwy 12 and Burr Rd to stay two nights in Bryce, seeing sights along the way.

Good choice with adding another night in Moab! We recently spent 3 nights in Moab. For Canyonlands, keep in mind there are two sections to the park that are not near each other: The Needles District and Islands in the Sky. We spent one day at Arches (then went back for a little while on our way out the last day because we loved it so much), one day in the Needles, and one day in Islands in the Sky, paired with sunset at Dead Horse State Park (which I highly recommend!).

Few things to throw out there:

-Escalante is a great small town to stay, grab a taco, or some groceries.

-When you travel HWY12, spend some extra time in the mountains when it gets green and cool. The contrast between Escalante on one side and Capital Reef on the other is incredible because it’s all aspen trees and wildflowers at the peak elevation.

-If doing Goblin in the summer, get there early. Temps get oppressively hot.

-Best way to do arches is an off-road tour IMO. Navtec expeditions helped us bypass lines and see different areas of the park.
