Is he asking for an account? ...or are you wanting him to have an account?
Because wanting your 14 year old to be on TD is weird.
Not sure how/why a 14 year old would even know about TD, unless you subjected him to it.
Stick to sports and hobbies as the things you and your son share together.

I show my son highlight videos from the rant, and funny/crazy stuff posted on Sports Lite.
He's 10 and definitely knows about TD. I assume he lurks already.
