It's got as much to do with you as your opinion on the question of whether or not a random man should be able to do whatever he pleases with his reproductive system, including raping someone with it.
This isn't a complicated philosophical stance to grasp. People get to do what they want as long as what they want to do doesn't cause a negative externality to another human being.

If you’re asking whether I support a woman who was raped getting an abortion , then yes I would support her right to get an abortion and not carry a rapists child, assuming police report and rape kit confirm the circumstances.

Do my swimmers count as human beings? Are fetuses counted in the US census? Do fetuses pay taxes? Should fetuses get welfare? Do fetuses get to vote?
If a woman has a miscarriage , does she get a man slaughter charge?
A fetus is a fetus . And human being is a human being .
