Browning also designed many weapons (which the US has used) for Fabrique Nationale (Belgian.) for over a hundred years.
You downvote Browning? There are five? generations of people that hit the butterfly triggers on the Ma-Deuce alone, and someone downvotes? I don't know if there a sound of gunfire that is more iconic, than the M2 has been for 80+ years. GAU-8 is next, obv.
