Maybe. There does appear to be some athlete and celeb examples of fentanyl in their drugs. Jaylon Ferguson, Michael K. Williams, Kate Quigley. Could just be a few outliers in the grand scheme. Possibly more of a heroin issue than coke?

Unless you have the ability to test it before consumption you would be insane with fentanyl out there.
