I have gone to PR as a kid and it was pretty nice but have no idea what the risk level is these days.
speaking of kids doing stupid shite. My daughter buys a concert ticket in Chicago without thinking any financial logistics and tells thew wife, I am going.

I gave my son a CC when he went on his ski trip and told him it was only for emergencies
Apparently everything was an emergency
And his Uber account is connected to my CC so he doesn’t pay for that either
