To my knowledge, Sysco doesn’t produce any food product. They are a food distributor. Processing companies make the food and Sysco is the middle man taking it to restaurants.
Cajun A La Carte is a fantastic example in the Belle Rose area. They make all kinds of foods for restaurants. If you eat anything from Walk Ons, you’re probably eating their food. Sysco gets the food from ALaCarte and then brings it to restaurants.
