Don’t know how we got Skenes, but Tommy White tells the story about going out then Sunday morning meeting with CJJ he just blurts out “I’m coming to LSU” before any details were discussed.

I think the story goes that he knew Skenes and the AF coach, and Jay told the coach if Paul ever wanted to leave to let him know. Worked out well for the Tigers
