I do custom residential construction and design in Texas. Vijay shoulda hit me up. I would have actually finished the build plan, flown three dozen hombre's over there on a chartered Aeromexico 737-MAX, dried that bitch in within 90 days, and threw in a 12 month home warranty.
All on a not to exceed contract of $4.5 billion (excluding change orders)..
