My roof is 15 years old, and it's had some issues. I've had multiple roofers advise that I leave Allstate for a local company as Allstate is a pain to agree to a roof replacement. The local one (supposedly) is great about actually replacing and covering damage. I've already had one issue with Allstate where they didn't agree that lightning caused damage to some appliances in my home (even though the appliances died within a few days after a lightning strike).

I’m sure the local guy serving his community will be thrilled to pay for the replacement of your old and damaged roof.

You’re coming off as a scumbag itt which should really tell you something when the other side are insurance companies.
