This is an easy one, and you would only need one head to put on the greatest con man mt Rushmore
I give you, the greatest con man in the history of Tv and film:
Eustice Charleston Haney, or just Mr.Haney

The chick from Matchstick men was a pretty good con artist. Honestly didn’t see it coming the first time I saw it

Green Acres had a couple of unique characters that may have never been recycled: Mr. Haney and Hank Kimball.

Frank Abagnale wins this hands down.
He's the person who "Catch Me if You Can" is based off of. He was such a good con artist that he successfully conned people into making him a millionaire believing he was a successful con artist.

He was a snake oil salesman in Kansas. He wasn’t any different in Oz. He got out of every situation with the gift of gab and then he escaped the kingdom as a hero once his gig was up.

i actually came in here to call out "Sawyer" or Locke's dad. Anthony Cooper.
James Ford was pretty amateur compared to him.
