No its not. Its your point. Which has nothing to do with the fact that teams draft young qbs as a backup plan when their qb is old.
And got nothing to do with the liklihood that the saints would take Daniels if there. Because they obviously would. Similar to how Jackosn got drafted as ins behind Flacco/heir apparent. Or any other of the list I posted already, with Jackson, Mahomes, Lance etc
