Personally, I'm of the opinion that every shitty owner of a shitty dog that bites and injures or kills someone should be charged and the dog put down. People don't like to hear that, though. They legit believe that there are no shitty German Shepherd owners out there. Or, insert any other dog breed if you're going to get defensive of a "GSD".
ETA: See......the OT has a personal responsibility problem for shitty dog owners.

Of course there are shitty owners of other good breeds. At times, that leads to incidents that aren't necessarily the dog's fault.
Pit bulls, on the other hand, are completely at fault in all instances because of their temperament. They are not family dogs, they have no redeeming qualities--they are simply killers
