Where does it say LSU would play in the River Center? I read the motion as basically a non compete agreement. TAF doesn’t want to develop an arena designed to host sporting, entertainment and other events and have competition.

This is the dumbest shite I’ve ever read. TAF can’t afford a 300 million dollar arena on its own so of course it has to partner with the city and a third party. 
it’s not “competing” with events, it will accommodate them like Moody does for Texas and the city of Austin.
