Supermoto, thank you. You basically demonstrated that Ranters lack all reading comprehension skills.
SWB wants the new arena, and acknowledges it will be a net win for all of Baton Rouge. She is prepared to sacrifice the RC as a competitor for events, as she should be. That is what this is about.

They are referencing two different entities with one long run-on sentence. I'm not a mind reader. It was the first red flag for me.
