Anyways, I’m just not the same athletically that I used to be. Just turned 30 and wishing I would have stayed in the gym and eaten better the past few years.
I am a glass is half full guy...I appreciate being able to do close to what I used to be able to do. I replaced 8 feet of plywood and the entire membrane on the roof of our RV a couple of weeks ago AND installed 4000 watts of solar panels, got them wired in and new batteries installed, all over a 3 day weekend. I'm 58 years old and when I was 25 it would have taken that long. Made me pretty happy with myself. I was hurting like hell but I got that shite done and saved $4000 in the process. If I were working like that everyday I suspect I wouldn't have been hurting as bad. Gotta appreciate what you have in life, not regret what you once had or never had...
