One of the most humbling experiences as a man is realizing you aren’t the same anymore.

I’ll admit I could do better taking care of my body, but I’m not obese or anything just eat too much sugar and unhealthy foods.

Anyways, I’m just not the same athletically that I used to be. Just turned 30 and wishing I would have stayed in the gym and eaten better the past few years.
