Apologies if this is a clutter post. Just wanted to thank the regular contributors(and others). I get a lot of motivation from this forum and its cool to see people who know their stuff share their knowledge. Rant over!

I've thought about making this kinda post too. I also like this forum a lot and appreciate the other posters that make it a useful resource. Working out alone in my garage, walking around my property alone, etc, would probably be really dull if I didn't have somewhere to interact with others.

I’ve lost weight a few times in my life but I credit this place to helping me do it again and keep it off
Plus new programs, opinions, etc - the community is great
I don’t have any gym bros or workout buddies so nobody around me IRL wants to discuss this shite - so it’s the perfect place.
