in all seriousness, I think that's why I feel so bloated after eating it. i have a milk allergy, and had no idea that's what the likely cause is

There is no dairy in tofu. It's likely just the acid or seasoning upsetting your stomach.

There's no dairy in tofu. It's made from soy "milk". But, soy allergy is not uncommon

That wouldn’t be the cause….there’s no “milk” in soy milk. I don’t care for the texture, but tofu is really good for you. Very high in protein…similar to egg whites.
