I was always annoyed that they didn't list 50 ways, so I made up some more,

Just leave her at the dock, Jacque
Just fake your own death, Seth,
Dump her off in the lake, Jake,

Brick her up in the wall, Paul,

Sell her to an Arab, Ahab,

And set yourself free....
