I'm setting up a simulator in a warehouse at my office. I'm thinking the easiest thing to do would be put a projector on the floor with that protective box around it, being that my ceilings are about 30 ft in the air. I guess I could possibly make a frame to mount the projector from overhead if needed

I'm wondering if it has to be a short throw projector being that I have so much space

Any info would be great

TrackMan can make a simulator “in a box” which would solve your space issues - essentially will compact the space with the install it's called the flex space now

I have one mounted on the ceiling. Did some research when I was building my home simulator and everything I read said avoid the projector on the floor for various reasons.

Does it have to be a short throw?
