One game is one game but overall the team has not smacked around bad to below average teams like they should
3 run game against VMI
1 run win against UCA
1 run win against UCA
3 run loss against stony Brook
There’s been two performances I would call good so far:
20+ run win against VMI
8 run win against Northern Illinois
The team could certainly get better but I haven’t seen a top 5 team so far this season

I knew these kind of posts were coming once we actually lost a game. But I’ll be dang if they don’t always make me shake my head.
Are you guys actually watching other games around the country? Cause I’ve seen some highly ranked teams fall early this season to weak opponents And will again- cause that’s how this sport goes.
