You know I love Texas but I keep seeing every business needs to move here but there is one caveat.
F'ng property taxes. They are out of hand for a small land owner like me, can't imagine what it would cost for a high rise building for Chase or Merrill Lynch or such.
Would they actually save money?
I digress, f New York and hope they reap what they sow.
