Your pasta looks pretty good. I am a little snakebit on meatballs from a bag. I bought a bag from Disney's company store. I was getting wonderful loins and they always have beautiful pork butts. I got the meatballs home and put them in the freezer.
The next time I needed meatballs I took a few out and put them in Emeril on low to thaw. Within aboot 20 minutes, my whole house smelled like a cross between dookie and rotten roadkill. I tasted one and they tasted like they smelled. I put a little seasoned salt and liquid smoke on them, then fed them to Jax, Tinka, and Peanut.
At least they liked them.
