Florida's legislature is nearing the passage of HB-757 which could end the ability of independent creators to freely engage in online speech. This feeds right into Democrats' plot to weaponize lawfare against Conservatives as their power in the media quickly evaporates. Any claim suddenly deemed "false" will force creators to quickly REMOVE and CENSOR content or face possible bankruptcy. They intend on bullying creators into Narrative submission. Without a doubt, this could backfire catastrophically for conservative broadcasters in Florida. This is an actual line from the bill showing just how extreme this really goes:

Can’t wait for folks that didn’t read the bill to chime in.

Yep. Right on cue. But that was the intent of the thread anyway. So predictable.

Isn’t this a bill that conservatives themselves put forth, under the premise that they would use it to sue the lying liberal media?

No legislation on the border? Who blocked wall funding?

Trump didn’t repeal Obamacare? Which sanctimonious now dead senator voted no on appeal, which would have repealed Obamacare?

DeSantis won’t get my vote in 2028. Trump gets more support the more he’s indicted? Maybe. But instead of saying that bs, why don’t you vehemently defend the J6 prisoners, the lawfare against Trump, the spying of the cia and other 3 letter agencies against conservatives?

I know why. You’re a pos.

We’re in trouble when people think
the Internet is the best place to find accurate news. What a sad fricking
joke.

Benny's own snippet doesn't state what he's implying in his tweet. You sycophants are so filled with DeSantis derangement syndrome. Ron man bad, amiright?

The first part of the actual bill seems like it's aimed towards AI and specifically, DEFAMATION. But, i'm not a trump cultist and i know how to read, unlike OP who just copy/pastes anything he sees on twitter.

The republicans don't need help with "hurting" themselves from the "media" or the democRATS.

Trump doesn't need cover or protection.

The fanclub scours the internet every day looking for something negative to post about DeSantis. Even the worst case of TDS is no worse than the RDS y'all creepy cultists have
