re: What is the worst age kids to parent?

Ages 14-16. Raised 3 girls and I found out that my wife and I:
* Don't know anythng
* The kids know everything
* We're unfair for requiring chores
* We don't understand their feelings
* We never experienced anything like they go through
* School is much harder today than when we went
* Cleaning up their rooms is unfair
* Having a cell phone is a right

I could go on and on.... My wife (no pictures) has more to say than I do. But, amazingly when they each hit 17 they saw the light, we weren't the "enemy" any longer and they loved us again.... Imagine that! But, man there were some days I understood why some animals in the wild eat their young!
