Obamacare has miserably failed to achieve its objectives. It hasn't slowed the rising cost of healthcare, and now the number of uninsured is back on the rise. Meanwhile premiums and deductibles are higher than ever, and the federal government's healthcare expenditures are in fricking overdrive.
