Politicians are NEVER a correct course of action. There’s already laws enough, he’s suing under such statutes.
If you are a real lawyer you would know this. The real solution is absolute enforcement of the laws already established. Politicians will just take time and put stuff in the new laws to enrich and empower themselves even more. And that’s without regard for the months/years they will waste attempting to get a new law passed.

I think what he meant is, we need laws that clearly hold false accusers accountable and make them pay for the suffering they've caused. We don't have that, yet.
