re: Police Misconduct and Excessive Force

Civilian and military legal systems are both disasters. Both require a lot of reform. There are criminal and civil statutes that allow for accountability when law enforcement goes bad, but they are rarely used.

I have seen and been victimized by this sort of criminality. Judges and similarly positioned people could put a stop to this stuff, but they won't because they are part of the same club.
