I don’t think they started working on it until late August and it was supposed to be completed within 90 days.
They just recently started doing some culvert work. I avoid this part of Nicholson like the plague.

It’s such a shite show but dumb arse Baton Rouge drivers make it worse by blocking intersections when there’s no where to go because they’re selfish pricks. I didn’t move an inch on 3 light cycles on Jefferson at bluebonnet because of that shite
