Per capita, the poor commit more violent crimes.
Local PD won't get a 911 call about embezzlement.
They will get called for domestic abuse.
Most poor people are poor due to poor life decisions and the inability to delay gratification. It's no wonder this same demographic also commits large amounts of violent crime.

In a way, because use the rich do use the poor as cannon fodder to take what they want behind the scenes
