The poorest are the class of people committing criminal crimes. It's somewhat logical that the most desperate class are the ones participating in crimes. The police are there to police criminal acts. So you agree the police go where the crimes are?

You can say that the middle class and upper class commit crimes (I may not agree on most of those), but the crimes you'd accuse them of are civil and police do not manage civil cases.

Lol you're out of your mind if you don't think the rich commit crimes or get away with crimes poor people couldn't even attempt... The best criminals are rich, poor usually succumb to crimes of opportunity or need
