So, no POC (Rubio's shading doesn't count and you know it.)? Fitting.

Arent even trying to be impartial.

Can one of the MAGA people explain this sex scandal to me….

Does having sex w/ one of her lawyers mean that Trump will be getting an unfair trial?

I’m missing the controversy?

She hired a man that she was having sex with to prosecute the former president of the United States. The sexual relationship was kept secret, and nontraceable money and services were exchanged between the two. They quit sleeping together after the grand jury indicted Trump.

This case must be tossed.

Having said contractor shower you with gifts as you pay him WAY over regular wages from Fulton County tax payers, is probably illegal.

Hiring said contractor with no previous experience in the matter of law on trial (i.e. never tried a RICO case of any kind but was selected as the special prosecuter lead over many other qualified persons).

Once you get past the hiring smell then you get into the coordination with the WH which is probably more bad optics for both (i.e. Biden abusing power through the courts vs a political opponent).

Well, Nathan Wade shows up on the guest list at the Whitehouse and he billed for that trip. So that shows he's colluding with DC on this local Fulton county case.

I can’t speak to GA law but Florida law is pretty rigorous but they make exceptions for people in a relationship

That’s kinda a weird position for MAGA though ? Right? I mean , Trump paid off Stormy w/ campaign funds which is actually illegal - no matter the relationship status

Hook, line and sinker. No matter where you fall on the political spectrum, if you don’t lick prog boots you are a MAGA.

REMEMBER FANI IS BRINGING A RICO CASE AGAINST TRUMP!!? ??
She claimed to have $50k lying around the house, with a tax lien on her home, indicated she took some from the campaign, which is a MASSIVE indicator of classic campaign finance fraud, likely tax evasion, possible bribery, money laundering, under-the-table dealing etc. SHE IS HIDING A-LOT! I’m telling you this testimony will eventually land her in prison! This is not normal behavior! No lawyer in their right mind will do business this way unless they had something to hide & wanted to end up in prison. You invest money. You don’t let it devalue! You pay your taxes. You don’t pay people under-the-table in a business unless you’re trying to evade taxes, regulations, & scrutiny. This woman is corrupt to the core! Shady as hell! AND SHE IS BRINGING A RICO CASE AGAINST TRUMP!!?? HEY FEDS!! WHERE YA AT!!?? A MOUNTAIN OF PROBABLE CAUSE RIGHT HERE!! THIS IS YOUR RICO CASE!!

simple:

She over pays her lover with tax money

Her lover then covers trips and gifts for her

Then commits perjury when asked for a timeline of the affair.

How can you carry out the law via the prosecution of others whilst receiving unethical kickbacks and lying on stand?

I can't believe that I have to respond to this ignorance but here goes - Trump is entitled to have an attorney prosecuting him who abides by the ethical rules applicable all attorneys - the theory being that if a prosecutor skirts the ethical rules in one area, it raises a presumption (or at least the inference) that said prosecutor may skirt other ethical rules (i.e. the failure to disclose exculpatory evidence, etc.) in the prosecution of the defendant - so yes, Trump is entitled to have an attorney prosecuting him that abides by the moral code outlined in the attorney rules of professional conduct

Why don’t you just post your thoughts rather than setting this trap you haven’t even thought through. You seem to be the one twisting the issue because Trumps name being involved, not the other way around.

Campaign funds are not the same as taxpayer funds. An elected official getting kickbacks from a contractor is illegal. There is really nothing legitimate about what happened, you have to be extremely biased to think otherwise.

Financial conflict of interest.

She overpaid for her boyfriend to be on the case then is taking kickbacks from him in the form of trips and travel. Her defense is that she took a huge amount of cash from her last campaign and paid him with cash. And no receipts for any of it. So because she's doing this case, she's paying herself out of those funds and thus has a reason to continue no matter what evidence there may or may not be.

If you aren't intelligent enough to see the problem there you should consider suicide. At the very least stop voting.

There is a possible financial motive to prolonging the case and abusing the process. Hiring her unqualified lover to lead an investigation under her purview and then lying in multiple declarations before multiple courts is not just an ethical violation but a criminal one, one that poses a conflict that tramples on the due process of more than a dozen defendants.

The DA has already participated in 2 books regarding this case. Has made slanderous statements after the defendants filed a legal motion on a stage in front of a large public audience that was then broadcast nationally. Jury selection hasn't even started.

Not only should these two corrupt POSs be thrown off the case but disbarred from ever practicing law.
