A lawyer has an ethical and legal obligation to "avoid the appearance of impropriety"
Having a relationship with the person you appoint to prosecute the president, going on trips with the nebulous "we split the costs" really creates an ethics issue.
As you can see from her testimony and demeanor she really does not value ethics.

Having a sexual relationship with a contractor is apparently unethical.
Having said contractor shower you with gifts as you pay him WAY over regular wages from Fulton County tax payers, is probably illegal.

She hired her lover as special counsel. He billed 24 hour billables a day. They traveled together. He paid. This only came out during a divorce proceeding. The issue is self-dealing. Fani likes to hear herself talk tho, so she’s catching charges non-stop on the stand.
