Here’s the solution:

-We all stop giving our business to places with garbage customer service.

-Said businesses will have declining revenue and will have to let go of garbage customer service workers.

-With the retention of people who actually want to be there, average customer service improves across the board.

-Profit.

I agree. Always say I’m never going back to a Wendy’s because they all suck in this area. But the frosty keeps calling
