Healthy pregnancies usually relate to healthy lifestyles and overall physical health. Without looking I wonder what the obesity rates are among the different races of women. And your other comment about black women not being elevated by society, why does society need to elevate black women? Can black women not elevate themselves? Black women have never been more purposely elevated at any time in American history than they are now. We have the first black female Vice President, who was "elevated" simple because she's a black female. Now we have a cackling moron as VP whose already low IQ drops another 20 points when she speaks in public, and that's not counting when she tailgates for a public appearance like she apparently did last week
