I'm reluctantly posting this, because she's been reported as such a shitty human being, but I give her props on her weight loss, which looks significant.

Maybe, as she continues to lose weight, her true self esteem issues are resolved, and she can become a better person because of it.

She's still nowhere near attractive, but relative to her fatter version, she's very much improved in her attractiveness.
