After you got the Russian Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval it would calm down a bit. But we had to have Russians on the payroll. Some were very good and would help you navigate the morass there. Then there were some that we just "needed" to have. They served no other function other than if you did not have them, business gets harder to do.

In the end, did the Russian office make your client enough to make it all worthwhile?
