Yep..check some of the walking tours of Moscow on Youtube and you would be amazed at the well dress pretty ladies everywhere. Also, I've yet to see a piece of trash littering the sidewalks or streets. Of course, the demographics are a lot different from many of our big cities IMO. Go figure!
