This sure doesn't feel like a top target get. It feels more like "no one with an established resume wanted to work under a fledgling HC, so the guy without an established resume gets his first gig as an OC under a fledgling HC."

And if they hired someone with an established resume; you’d be talking about how they hired a retread that failed in other positions
