Get the money in the entry fee. Most teams are corporate card paying for the whole team and claiming a tax deduction. Cash on the course is a lot harder to write off/get reimbursed so you will lose participation . I much rather no mulligans as it slows the round. Find a way to keep the round under 4.5 hours and you can charge whatever you want next year.
