Every state that doesn't do summer track or formal indoor shits on Louisiana distance runners.

Michigan, Ohio etc aren't doing that shite and produce sub 4:15 milers like they grow on trees.

Distance runners need to build a really good base, with fall CC and spring track, where do they get solid base building if run summer track and indoors?

Kids in HS race too much. Especially in Louisiana with summer track and indoors being a sponsored sport.
