He has referred to Hillary Clinton as being a crook, he's referred to Hunter Biden and the Joe Biden as being treasonous. Does that mean it's gospel and fact?

When do they go to trial if his words carry that much weight?

Not a soul in arguments today addressed the POTUS's specific actions on J6. Nor did they take pains to ferret out the issue of what constitutes insurrection. Why would Trump's statement bear on those arguments?
