I’m a CPA and was in mid 30’s in 2014 when I decided to start tracking things in Excel. It started with goal to do as many different things each month. I had always done mostly basketball and weight room to that point with other sports sprinkled in.
The Excel file evolved to add injuries, sickness, intermittent fasting (goal of one 24 hr/month), and stats from basketball leagues.
Current goal is to aim for 10+ different things each month. Weight room and basketball average about 6x/month each with others 1-2 times. Such as Group Ex classes, Volleyball, Disc Golf, Golf, Tennis, Yoga, running hills.
Just realized recently I now have 10 full years in this Excel file.
